We've been in Los Angeles, and already been sourcing all of our fabric and trim and things are going well! We have video to share with you next week!
And, all of our BackerKit Surveys have been sent out to you, so if you haven't received it yet, please check your email associated with your Kickstarter Account and FILL It OUT ASAP! (Check your Spam folder)

Hello Backers!
Things are going amazingly well, and within a week or so we should be able to send out the BackerKit Surveys via email (We didn’t send it yet, so don’t worry if you haven’t received it.)
We just want to make sure that these surveys are accurate, as they require a lot of detail to make sure we set it up correctly. We don’t want to make any mistakes, especially with over 4800 surveys to send.
Additionally, we are receiving samples for new fabric(s) colors that might* be added, to give you an even bigger selection of dresses to choose from! (Samples are being received and reviewed this week, so we won't be able to send Backerkit Surveys until after we review these)
Many of you would like more sizing information (dress dimensions, youth sizing, etc.), fabric close-ups and content, and more information on the Super Shawl V3. We’re working on all of this and you will have all this information prior to making your final selections.
Fabric availability is looking very good for us right now, and we are securing fabric as fast as we can (even before your surveys are in). As of now, if our estimates are correct, it looks like everyone should be able to get the colors they are hoping to order. We’re crossing our fingers that the pre-poll we sent to many of you is an accurate projection, as we based our current estimates on that. :)
The final surveys you fill out will be the ultimate determining factor, of course.
So don’t worry, everything is looking good right now!
A bigger update will be coming soon, and the Survey after that. So, we’ll keep in touch!

As you may know, I personally LOVE product development, which is why I LOVE Kickstarter and appreciate all the support you have given us, so we can continue to create innovative products we love.
Since June of 2016, I have been *sorta-quietly* helping on a completely different project (this is completely separate from The Undress) with an amazing team from Silicon Valley, and loved the project so much I actually joined their team. Check out the video message above!
The project is called Blooms Prive’, and I’m excited to share it with you!
Basically, what attracted me to the project was “If The Undress was underwear, it would be THIS!” You have to see the video to see how it works on the BLOOMS PRIVE’ KICKSTARTER (Click Here)!
Oh, and also, it's a family affair! Sarah and Marie (the inventors of Blooms) are related to my wife Rachelle, so I guess Kickstarter projects run in our blood!
Of course Sarah and Marie would LOVE your support of this project, as I believe that Blooms Prive’ is a perfect compliment to The Undress. We know you’ll love and appreciate the ingenuity of this underwear.

We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend (for all of our International Backers, we just celebrated 4th of July as America’s Independence Day weekend!)
Back to work! (Actually, we were working during the weekend, too, but don’t mind us…)
Ok here are a few items to update you on:
WOW! WE DID IT! CONGRATS TO EVERYONE! We raise $524,176 with 4,844 backers on Kickstarter! What an amazing accomplishment! Close to 40% of you are NEW to Kickstarter (which is amazing) so welcome to The Undress family!
ORDER FORM: We will be sending an OFFICIAL ORDER FORM via Email which is known as a “BackerKit Survey”. You will select your size, colors, and other options at that time. This BackerKit Survey will be sent around July 20th or later (this is an estimate, but it can take as long as July 31st if needed, see below) We’ll send another update as soon we send them.
WAVES: We will be sending out the BackerKit in “waves”, allowing earlier and premium backers to choose their dresses first (as stated on the Kickstarter page) as promised. This is not a perfect system, but it will be better than what we have done in the past.
FABRIC IS A COMMODITY: As we mention in our Kickstarter Campaign, fabric is in limited supply. We are working with suppliers hoping we have enough fabric to give everyone the exact dress they want. WE DON'T ANTICIPATE THIS BEING AN ISSUE, but If there are any fabric shortages, we will let you know (It’s quite a balancing act to predict the fabric needed since we don’t have your official orders yet). As of now we’re securing all fabric already available, and planning on special-ordering (is that a word?) new fabric if needed. Additionally, to help make sure you get a color/print you like ...
WE ARE ADDING ADDITIONAL PRINT OPTIONS! After discussing with our the fabric suppliers, they suggested to add new prints to spread the demand across more fabric options, which in turn will reduce the chances of running out of any one print/color. THAT’S GOOD NEWS FOR YOU! We are sampling new prints, and will be receiving these sample dresses by June 20. We will take photos and share them with you, which will increase your available color options!
BRA STRAP: You will be able to add a bra strap, or other items if you forgot to add them during the Kickstarter when you place your official order during the Backerkit Survey. BTW- We HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend the bra strap!
SUPER SHAWL V3: Over 1500 units have been ordered! More info is coming! And, don't worry, if you didn't add one to your pledge, you will be able to add it during your BackerKit Survey as well.
THE UNDRESS IS ON INDIEGOGO: We will have The Undress V3 on Indiegogo website for a limited time so any of your friends that weren’t able to place their order during the Kickstarter can still back this project. Obviously, they will pay more on Indiegogo, since Kickstarter Backers (you) get 1st priority on pricing and availability. Last chance! www.TheUndressV3.com
PRE-PRODUCTION BEGINS (Actually, we already started over a month ago): We are working quick to secure all factories, labels, trim, fabric, etc. We plan to be in Los Angeles over the next few week to place all of our orders for materials (We source everything in Los Angeles) We’ll keep you updated on the progress, as we’re super excited to get these dresses going!

In an earlier update we stated that some “REALLY BIG / IMPORTANT People are watching our Kickstarter Campaign” and IF we do well, then we have a chance of landing one of the biggest meetings in our lives? Well, guess what?
WE HAVE A IN-PERSON MEETING SET FOR THIS MONDAY!!!!!!!!
YES YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT! We landed THE BIG MEETING!!!

It’s been a long 4 years and this is, quite literally, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We so happy right now, very nervous, and VERY THANKFUL all at one time!
It’s amazing that we get to go into this meeting with the Version 3 campaign already at $435,000 with over 4000 backers! This is such a huge boost of confidence for us, and obviously a good position to be in.
We will be taking all of your love, support, and passion from tens of thousands of customers like you, and going "all in" 100% to REPRESENT YOU, our Backers, in the best way we can.
Our mission is to empower women worldwide to do the activities they love with style, security and peace of mind- and this is a major step in the right direction!
