Wow, 6 years ago om September 22, 2014 we launched The Undress! (and we thank YOU for making it a success!)
What a amazing adventure it has been. Thank you to my family, everyone on my team, and all of those who have supported our endeavor.
It’s crazy to think this little dress has earned MILLIONS. When we launched in 2014, I was *hoping* to make $20K - instead we did $615K in the first 39 days changing my mindset about business and marketing forever.
I’m amazed at what one little idea can become. From Shark Tank, being on the news, traveling to different events, and manufacturing in different countries with a global supply chain - this project has become a huge accomplishment and something our team are proud of.
One of my favorite part of this experience? The customers! (like you!)
I am so grateful that we have had such amazing, supportive, contributing, COLORFUL and GENEROUS people in our Undress family. They are a source of inspiration, and the reason we continue to improve, adapt, grow and innovate.
And of course a story is not complete without it’s challenges! We have had some of the greatest and not-so-greatest moments in our brief history. There were many of those “How the hell are we going to survive this?!” moments that somehow we were able to pull through and find solutions. Quitting was never an option, and our team has persevered through all the ups and downs. I appreciate them tremendously .
Thank you to my wife Rachelle Caco, and my family (esp mom!) for the love, support and enduring endless late-nights, long trips, and making sacrifices that naturally comes with a entrepreneurial lifestyle.
A special “Thank You” to the core team, April (who was there since day one, and has given so much to this dress and company, including her family!), Marat (for taking care of the back-end of everything, especially when things get especially challenging), & Tina (our bookeeper, who is one of our unsung heroes) for being there from the beginning - I have tremendous appreciation for all of you, and your dedication to these projects have been instrumental in keeping the business thriving.
And thank you to all our Models, fit models and friends who have supported in one way or another! (I’m sorry facebook wont let me tag all of you but here are some.... Just wanted to share some good news!
As you may know, we have a current Undercover V2 Kickstarter LIVE right now (AND ENDS AT 9PM PST TODAY) - and believe it or not,The Undercover V2’ are ALREADY IN STOCK in our warehouse, even before the Kickstarter ends! (Which it ends TODAY)
How’s THAT for improved production?!!!
YES, we implemented MAJOR changes last year and now, it finally shows - and it feels good (Thank Gawdddddd...)
