WE HAVE GREAT NEWS! Our Distribution Center shipped all but just over 400 rewards! Many of you already received your dresses and shawls and have been sharing the photos to celebrate--YAY! BLACK BAMBOO & OTHER DAMAGES:
Alas, some rewards did not ship. As we shared before, unfortunately some of the Black Bamboo (as well as some other) dresses were damaged during sewing. If your order is affected we will contact you directly via email (Please note that your order MAY NOT BE AFFECTED). We have already ordered all of the fabric and trim which has been cut and sent to the factory. Our current ETA for the replacement Black Bamboo dresses is end of January and we will keep you updated with any changes as things progress.
BRA STRAPS:
As you receive the rewards, please note that all Bra Straps are THE SAME SIZE despite what the labels say (confusing, we know.) Bra straps are identical for all sizes, so if you ordered a Size B dress but received a strap that says “for Size A” or “Size C” strap, rest assured it is the same length for all sizes. We needed to temporarily label the straps this way for logistical reasons and we apologize for any confusion.
The good news is that the straps can be adjusted for flexible sizing! If you need to extend the bra strap, simply pull both of the sliders to the widest setting and clasp the bra hooks to the farthest loops. If you need to shorten the straps, just tighten the sliders and clasp the hook/eye loops to the tightest loops (like you would on a regular bra.)

We do ask that you please be patient: we shipped lots of rewards and a great many of you have questions and feedback. That’s not a problem and we LOVE to hear from you but it does take time to handle all the messages. We are adding resources to take care of every single one of you as quickly as possible and rest assured: no request will go unanswered.

Tracking for my international shipment says "in progress" for a long time, why is that?
For international shipments USPS receives updated tracking from local postal services and that process is slow sometimes. This is one reason your local postal service is the best place to get more information about the shipment status. We found that most our backers definitely get faster answers locally, so we recommend that you contact them first. Of course, if you are not getting the help you need, please let us know and we will do our best to assist from our side.
I am a backer but did not fill out the survey yet, what should I do?
Rest easy! That happens and we will absolutely take care of you. Please contact us via [email protected] and let us know, we will happily discuss your needs with you.

Hello Glorious Backers!
Good-ish news: We have received most of the garments: close to 4,000 dresses and 2800 shawls and thousands of Bra-Straps. Factory promised a big shipment this week (Friday), and the final ship next week before Holiday. Thank you for your patience!
GOOD NEWS: YES - Dresses HAVE already been shipping!

The Distribution center has been doing the best they can to ship orders as soon as they are received, even though not all of the dresses have arrived yet. I (Marat) am at the Distribution center TODAY, personally overlooking the shipments as MANY orders are going out today!
Yes, the factory is running behind, which has made it tricky to do reliable updates. They stated that one of the delays was because a few HUNDRED (yikes) dresses have been damaged during the sewing process. Obviously this is not acceptable to us, and we have been doing everything to help, and the issue has been resolved. We believe that even with the damages, we have enough dresses to cover (pun alert!) everyones orders.

( Rest assured,there is nothing else left for us to do, we have simply been waiting for the dresses as the factory has everything they need) So to help everyone that are still awaiting their dresses, here are the top FAQ’s for your convenience:
FAQs:
When will you ship my reward?
We ship as soon as we receive them at the Distribution Center. As long as the factory delivers the rest of items by the end of next week as they promised, we will send all rewards next week or the week after. So we crossing our fingers that all orders will be fulfilled in a couple weeks!!!
How do you determine whose rewards ship first?
We are doing are best to ship rewards based on: 1) inventory we actually received, 2) order in which the backers pledged. Because we must ship complete orders, it means some early backers end up waiting for the correct inventory to arrive from the factory while some later backers receive theirs already. It's not a perfect system, but we are doing our best to accommodate.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, yes, yes! : ) When we ship your reward we will send you a confirmation email with a link to USPS tracking information. Please make sure to configure your email SPAM or JUNK mail to allow messages from [email protected]
My BackerKit survey says the order shipped for days, where is it?
If the BackerKit status is "Shipping Processing" (not "Shipped"), then your order is in the warehouse where they manage the final step of matching the orders to the inventory on hand and actually shipping. It may still be some time if we don't have the right items or there are more orders to ship than usual but we will definitely send you a confirmation email with tracking info when it does ship. Also BackerKit status will change to "Shipped" shortly after and you can track the parcel from there as well.
How will you send my reward? It will be exclusively via United States Postal Service (USPS.) For domestic shipments it usually takes 1 to 4 days. For international the time varies quite a bit because USPS transfers parcels to the local postal services which will manage the actual delivery. We've had great reliability with this system and it saves our backers a TON in shipping charges. Yet it does involve multiple postal services so the process is a bit slow sometimes

First off, Happy Thanksgiving! (To our international customers, we’re celebrating a holiday today!) We hope you are all enjoying your time with friends and loved ones today, and we have great news.
HUGE SHIPMENT OF DRESSES ARE HERE!: Although the factory have had challenges in the past couple weeks, we are happy to inform you that we have received close to 50% of our dresses, shawls, and bra straps in our USA distribution center and they are in processing! Second shipment from the factory is estimated to arrive next Wednesday (which should be most of the remaining orders), and the third and final shipment the week after that (if required.)
Orders are already processing and many of you will start to receive you shipping notices via email soon!
THE DRESSES ARE AMAZING!: We absolutely love The Undress Version 3 and the quality is some of the best we’ve ever produced, especially since this version is so much more complex than the V1 and V2. We are so appreciative of the efforts that the production team has put into this, and the quality really shows. We know you will love them!
